Is the server really in Indonesia?
Yes. Our physical hardware is in tier-3 data centers in Indonesia (Cirebon and Jakarta) — not resold from Singapore or the US. You can verify any time via traceroute.
Can I upgrade plans any time?
Yes. Upgrades to higher plans are prorated and usually finish in < 30 minutes with no downtime. Downgrades happen at the end of the billing cycle.
What if I need a custom spec (more RAM, GPU, etc.)?
Reach out. We can provision dedicated servers with custom specs including NVIDIA GPUs for AI/ML, or up to 256GB RAM for large databases.
Is there a minimum contract?
No minimum. Pay monthly, cancel any time. We also offer 10–15% discounts for 6 or 12-month commitments.
How does migration from my current host work?
Our team handles migration free for new clients — we move code, database, files, and reconfigure DNS. Downtime is typically < 5 minutes via blue-green deployment.
