1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the lancartech.co.id site and Lancartech's services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our site or services.
2. Services
Lancartech provides website, mobile application, and custom software development services. Project-specific details are governed by separate proposals and agreements.
3. Payment
- Payment is made in stages according to milestones agreed in the proposal.
- A 30–50% down payment is required before project kickoff.
- Invoices are sent by email and due within 14 business days.
- Late payments may delay or pause project progress.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, all source code, design assets, and technical documentation become the client's sole property. Lancartech reserves the right to feature projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
5. Revisions & Scope
- Each proposal specifies revision limits included in scope.
- Out-of-scope requests are quoted as separate change requests.
- Client must provide feedback within 5 business days to keep the timeline on track.
6. Warranty & Bug Fixes
We provide a 30-day bug-fix warranty after launch for Starter, and 90 days for Growth & Enterprise. Warranty does not cover new feature additions or scope changes.
7. Cancellation
Project cancellation after kickoff incurs charges based on work completed at that point. The down payment is non-refundable.
8. Liability
Lancartech's liability is limited to the contract value of the relevant project. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or damages arising from third-party services.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are resolved by consultation, and failing that, by the South Jakarta District Court.
